The templates are the ".htm" files that begin with "t_" in your distribution. We have provided a sample look and feel for MailMan that you are welcome to use for as long as you like. When you begin the customization process, simply open the templates in any HTML editor and make your modifications. Remember that the behavior of MailMan is dictated by hidden fields contained within the HTML templates, so make sure that you go slowly and check your results often, as it may be possible to 'break' your installation by accidentally deleting or modifying important keywords. We hope to provide more detailed information on what MailMan's keywords are and what they mean in this document at a later date.
