  /usr/src/Performer/demo/perfly fails with the error message:
  "perfly: rld: Fatal Error: cannot find soname 'libpf.so'"

  WORKAROUND:  You must recompile perfly from the source code provided
  in /usr/src/Performer/src/perfly.
