A.     No, official information from organizations is not normally
               communicated via rec.scouting.issues.   This FAQ =
should not
               be considered as an official communication from =
any Scouting
               organization.   It is simply a collection of =
questions and
               answers compiled by people who frequent =
rec.scouting.issues.
