CDC's official MMWR electronic copy of record is the MMWR in Adobe
Acrobat portable document format (.pdf). The .pdf MMWR is identical
in content to the paper copy of record. The MMWR text that follows
is in ASCII text file format and has not been proofread. An
adequate ASCII translation does not exist for each character
possibly present in the .pdf file, and there may be other
significant character translation errors. Also, the ASCII text that
follows lacks the figures and tables of the electronic .pdf and
paper format of MMWR. Therefore, CDC does not consider this ASCII
text file to represent a copy of record of the MMWR.
