This FAQ has been discontinued.  I ment for it to be discontinued last month,
but it was "restored" by a backup tape without my knowledge.  Only when
someone e-mailed me a couple of days later with suggestions for improvement
did I relize it went out.  (My new news provider doesn't carry this group.)
Sorry for any inconvience last month's auto-posting caused.  If things are
working right this message should have taken place of the now discontinued 
FAQ on all archive sites.
