Micro Air Vehicle Competition


NAME:       Micro Air Vehicle Competition (8th annual)
LAST DATE:  Apr, 2003, University of Florida, Gainesville, FL
NEXT DATE:  Apr, 2004
LOCATION:   TBA
EVENTS:     Surveillance - robot must fly 600 meters, locate and photograph
            a 1.5 meter target hidden behind a fenced enclosure 1.5m high.
	    Heavy-Lift - robot must lift payload, fly 2 minutes and land
	    safely. Smallest robot wins.
CLASS:      Autonomous and Radio Control. See rules.
SIZE:       No limit but winner is judged on how small it is.
AWARDS:     Trophies
