EVENTS:     Different each year, see web site for details. The listed date
            is for the state-wide championship contest.  A month earlier, the
            various teams have regional contests and the winners go on to 
            compete at the state-wide competition.  BEST is very similar to
            the larger FIRST contest except that in the BEST event, teams of
            students build robots from standardized kits with only minimal
            guidance from their corporate sponsers.
