1.2.1 Where should the database files be kept?

I got confused by this the first time I set qi up... if the prod.* files
are in the directory /usr/local/lib/qi, your DATABASE declaration in the
defaults config should be "/usr/local/lib/qi/prod".  I originally thought
this was set to a directory, and so created the directory
/usr/local/lib/qi/prod, and had the prod.* files there (and it didn't work).
