I'm withdrawing this FAQ.  Simply put, it's become way too hard to
keep up with the changes, and all of this information is now available
through a myriad of other sources on the Internet.  If someone else wants
to take this over, I'll be happy to split the copyright with them
and forward them all the pending updates.
