(2.3) When I want to talk about actor in movie , to where should I post it?
The decision of where to post this type of articles requires a judgement call. The poster will have to decide the focus of this thread. * If your main interests are about the acting ability of actor <X> as illustrated in movie <Y>, and possibly other movies that actor <X> has been in as well, you should post it to rec.arts. movie.people. * If your main interests are about how actor <X> has influenced the quality of movie <Y> and would like to discuss things specific to movie <Y>, you should post it to rec.arts.movies. current-films or .past-films. * If you cannot decide on the focus of your post, maybe you should just post it to one of the *-films group. There is no need to crosspost. Most people subscribe to more than one group so they will see your post. Please also refer to the standard Netiquette described in Section One, Question 3.
