He is expected to be on the ballot in all 50 states and the District of Columbia this November. Harry Browne is an author, a public speaker, and an investment advisor. His ten books have sold 2,100,000 copies, and four of them reached the best-seller lists. He became widely known in the early 1970s through _How You Can Profit from the Coming Devaluation_, _How I Found Freedom in an Unfree World_, and _You Can Profit from a Monetary Crisis_ (which was #1 on the _New York Times_ best-seller list). Since 1974 he has been writing _Harry Browne's Special Reports_ -- a newsletter that provides commentary on the economy, investments, government, politics, and other social areas. He is widely respected for his honest, down-to-earth writing and investment advice. He is constantly in demand as a public speaker and for radio and TV interviews. He has appeared on all the leading national talk shows, and he has been called upon frequently for commentary by CNN, CNBC, and other networks. In his latest book, _Why Government Doesn't Work_, published in November 1995 by St. Martin's Press, he presents a plan to drastically cut federal spending, eliminate the federal income tax, and balance the federal budget. 2. Note: Federal law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, and occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year. Federal law prohibits individuals from donating more than $1000 for the general election campaign. But this is a separate limit from the one for the nominating campaign; if you contributed prior to the nomination, you can still contribute $1000 now. You can donate $1000 for each member of your family, by writing a separate $1000 check for each person and noting the name of the person on the check (provided the donated money actually belongs to that person). Checks drawn on corporate or union accounts cannot be accepted. 5. CAN I GET BUMPER STICKERS, BUTTONS, ETC.? Yes. Buttons and bumper stickers are available for $1 each. Brochures are $15 for 100.
