39. Is there anything like a Guinness World Record for eating Peeps?

Guinness no longer sanctions any record of gluttony.

I doubt if Just Born would sanction such a thing either.

However, an annual event in Sacramento, the Peep Off has just such a
contest. This last year (2002), Jason (Peepicide) won the prize,
consuming 72 peeps in 1/2 hour.
