Use the "-9" option to get 9 tracks per sector (360kB). A further suggestion is to get windy ("windy.cpio.Z" at OSU) and use it to run the md_format program, since md_format is one of those which tends to turn your full-screen UNIX window into a little, horrible-looking window.
