IANAL, but for the most part article doesn't seem to support the
assertion in the headline. The paragraph that worries me is the
second one below the subheading "THE COURT'S RULING", which says
(#include <fair-use-disclaimer>):
...the court held that "a business cannot copyright a Frequently
Asked Questions page"...
which seems incredibly broad & sweeping in its nature. I wonder if
this has been selectively quoted; does anyone know if the full text
of the ruling is online anywhere?
