MTS-ID is the Message ID assigned by Microsoft Exchange server to an X400
mail user.

C= Country (standard 2-letter abbreviation)
A=Administration Management Domain Name
P=Private Management Domain Name
O=Organization
DDA-Domain Defined Attribute
.etc.

It looks as though the site is running MS Exchange server and has problems
with X400 addressing (look at internet connector properties). I'm not
current on Exchange Server but here are some Knowledge Base articles that
