Faq Server Question

Greetings -

I've read through the how-to file for the FAQ mail-to-news server usage.

This seems OK for a FAQ to be posted at a specific interval so human
interaction is limited to only that necessary.

Is there a command set that will allow me to post through the server (ie
"FORCE") as necessary without the server establishing an archive? Rather
than have to deal with UPDATE and other commands as the FAQ evolves I'd
like to just hold it here and post it fresh each time.

That is to say, I'd like to be able to post my FAQ myself monthly and if
necessary at an odd interval. No automation, no archive on the server.
Just a mail-to-news passage that gets to all proper locations.

This server seems to be what I will need given some problems I have had
getting news programs to post the necessary headers. The ability of this
server to handle all information from the body of the mail message seems
to be what I need.

I'm sure I'm missing the obvious but if someone can offer the quick
how-to I'd be greatful. So far since taking over my newsgroup's FAQ I
have not been able to post to rec.answers or news.answers.

Also can I use this FAQ server to post a test to alt.test just to make
sure everything is working OK?

Thanks.
