Not Spam Hippo's fault

I got a reply from Joe, apparently of Spam Hippo, which says that
individual newsadmins determine their own filter settings when using
that software. I suppose he could write it to always pass FAQs no
matter what the admin says, but I didn't ask, since that seems
unreasonable.
You can stop trying to lobby Spam Hippo to change now. :)
