Complaining to the local news admin /should/ accomplish something, if only
letting them know that Spam Hippo is brain dead, and they (and their
uplinks) should be looking for better software (or perhaps only that Spam
Hippo's parameters need improvement).

However, yes, we should also be complaining to Spam Hippo's authors and
support team as well. I've sent such a letter to support@spamhippo.com (the
only email address I could find on their site).
