If I'm in a good mood, I'll tell them to post their general question
to the newsgroup, or if I'm in a _really_ good mood, I'll try to
answer their question in e-mail.
If I'm not in a good mood, or more likely if I'm just too busy to do
anything, I just won't reply. I'm not obligated to reply to anyone,
and I do have a life-- and more importantly, a very hectic job--
outside "my" newsgroup.
