Yes, but you have to know to look for them. On
http://www.yahoo.com/Computers_and_Internet/Internet/Usenet/, they
aren't mentioned, though
http://www.yahoo.com/News_and_Media/Usenet/FAQs/ linked from
http://www.yahoo.com/News_and_Media/Usenet/ is promising.
