I had to solve a similar task to create a birthday-present which was
successfully presented yesterday in the form of four disks. I used MSIE 4.0
to get all of the needed files into the cache (some by manually clicking the
links and others by using the automatic download functionality - that could
be more comfortable).

Then I used the Win32 program UnMozify to recreate the directory-structure.
Links to files which are not part of the downloaded file set and are not
from one of the selected domains are marked.
