I just received an interesting request. A few months ago I created an
Electronic Mail FAQ (http://www.qucis.queensu.ca/FAQs/email/email.html)
that mostly pointed to other people's FAQs about specialized topics.

I just received a request from a beginner who wants to be able to download my
FAQ, plus all the stuff it points to, for reading off-line. I know,
basically, how to go about doing this (with one of the many robots floating
around the Net) but I wondered if someone had already engineering a reasonable
solution?

This is not the eas case of a Web directory totally under my control with
internal (relative) links -- I need to be able to fetch the latest copy of
other peoples' faqs and build a parallel link structure, then combine the
whole thing into a zip or tar file.
