Just so. Moderators trade approvals for crossposts all the time,
and if done up-front and in advance, there's rarely a problem.

I co-moderate a newsgroup, and I once negligently approved an
article which was crossposted into another moderated group (even
though I, too, do know how Usenet works!), and that group's
moderator canceled it and scolded me, and rightly so.
