I've contacted the maintainers of the rtfm hardware, asking if
they're aware of any problems with its news feed.
Anyone who posted a FAQ recently, but at least four days ago, and
whose article made it to altavista but not to the rtfm.mit.edu
archive, please send us a copy of your article's headers. We'll make
sure that it would have been archived had it arrived here, then try to
track down any news feed dropouts.

That's not currently enabled. It does send the moderators a message,
and ideally we'd be able to follow up on those within a week or so,
but it's actually been several months since I had a chance to go
through the accumulated error files.
