Your email software may have changed since you successfully submitted
the periodic posting. In particular, I note that your email message
send to the faq-maintainers mailing list looked rather mangled when
viewed with software that doesn't give special treatment to MIME:
> Mime-Version: 1.0
> Content-Type: text/enriched; charset="us-ascii"
The Content-Type "text/enriched" appears to include HTML-like tags and
also made some text doubled-spaced; i.e., added blank lines. If you
are re-submitting your periodic posting to faq-server and your email
software is adding blank lines between the posting's headers, then
since a blank line is used to indicate when the posting's main header
ends and the auxillary header begins, and also where the auxillary
header ends and the body of the posting begins, then you're going to
have a problem.
See if there is some option in your email software to stop using MIME
encoding; it might be phrased differently, e.g., "use plain ASCII".
