Not sure I understand the problem. This is not really an FAQ Maintainer
question but are you talking about having a majordomo mailing list while
also having a newsgroup and having both cross-gatewayed ??

If so, why wouldn't the following work ?

1. Set up the mail2news aliases in the SMTP aliases file.
2. Set up the news2mail aliases in the sys or newsfeeds file.
3. Add the mail2news alias to the majordomo list file
4. Add the majordomo list address to the news2mail exploder list

Or maybe that wasn't the question...
