If you FAQ is newsgroups specific then you could set the Reply-To to and
email->news gateway for the group. I know the keeper of the
soc.culture.new-zeland FAQ does this.

You can change the submission address to the moderation address of
moderated groups as well, ie I post the soc.support.loneliness FAQ via
the address "soc-support-loneliness@moderators.uu.net" .
