I would ask the site manager what the deal is. I think it is just polite
(netiquette IMHO) to be informed when people either archive or link to
your FAQ.

Actually, a truer attribution would be to Bernard Aboba since it was from
*his* copyright notice that I cribbed mine (with permission of course!)
