Leaves you wondering whether they meant to say they want to include
the URL or maybe that they want to include your actual FAQ?
Have you checked whether the copy on ohio-state is current? I'd be
willing to bet it won't be, if you have done any updating at all
recently. I'm under the impression the Ohio archives are no longer
actively maintained.
For that reason alone, I'd be tempted to deny them permission, if
only so you can suggest they include a URL to a current copy (whatever
that may be -- considering that the CD might be around for longer than
you are (--; whether you think including such a thing on somebody
else's CD is a good idea at all).
