Sorry, I don't have direct knowledge of this effort but I have been contacted
by "Yellow Pages" book publishers before asking to include my materials. For
the most part I don't have too much of a problem with those that ask. I have
serious problems with those that don't and then blindly include my software,
FAQs or URLs in their book/CDROM.

I suspect this is selective and that they are trying to do the right thing.
I don't mind going after those that are simply trying to use my material for
their personal gain but I have a hard time getting too upset about those that
try to get permission first by going through proper procedures.
