Sending a laundry list of what we (as FAQ maintainers) need to these guys
would be like shouting to a brick wall, only without the echo. The only
sound your'll hear will be the sound of email hitting the trash spool. If
we ask what their current goals and methods are for spam reduction
(assuming still that many admins will trash our questionaire), we could
then evaluate the best- and worst-case scenarios, and draft a plan to work
around/with them.
