Could be there are many new FAQs, but they are not submitted to
news.answers. There are several like that which appear in
sci.astro.amateur; I maintain four myself.

Why? (1) People don't know about news.answers, (2) Haven't had time or
interest in going through the process, (3) Don't believe their FAQs are
of interest to an audience outside the specific newsgroup.
