I already have this field, but this wasn't enough for my reader who
only has the Subject with which to make his decision on whether to
download a message or not.

Actually, in most of the RFCs that include RFC 822 header fields,
the first letter of each "word" in a header field name is
capitalized (except, it seems, in the FAQ guidelines ;-). Software
should be case insensitive with regard to field names anyway.

Actually, he *was* talking about my (small) bi-weekly changes and
TOC adjunct to the FAQ (14k).

Thanks a lot for all the suggestions. If I decide to add the date,
it will look like something like this:

What's New in the NN/MH FAQ (19961112)

Will the parens mess up the trn killfiles? Also note the 4-digit
year followed by the month and day which should be fairly universal.
I'll also use the Newsgroup-name-archive-name lines to keep the
number of redundant archived copies down to a minimum.
