When this was being done to me by the OSU archive for several years it was a
special problem with my FAQ that had to be deleted separately. It seemed
that no one else's FAQ was affected. It took a very long time to get
someone's attention at OSU, then even more time to get them to believe me
and delete the old FAQ. Now Oxford is pokey, but my FAQ has always been
updated every month. By pokey I mean two or three week delay. It sounds as
though they're having a special problem with your FAQ.
