This one is up-to-date, but doesn't support the partitioning of text by
subject sections. IMO this option was very nice.

This one is as outdated as the OSU was last time I checked: It still keeps
the Dec. '95 release.

My FAQs get sent by the faq server, e.g. to news.answers. Anything one can
do that Oxford will update it? Maybe you know whether it's done
automatically or just in the loop to get processed some time this year?
