I'm the maintainer for the Bipolar Disorder FAQ, which straddles
two newsgroups: alt.support.depression.manic and
soc.support.depression.manic. (ASDM was the precusor to SSDM...
but it didn't die off gracefully when the Big Eight version
was newgrouped.)

We haven't received word of our approval yet from the *.answers
Gods, but I intend to list the FAQ on the rtfm server under
both newsgroup names.

Learning SGML is good for many reasons, but this may not be one of
them. I'll contact you offlist with the method I use, working from
a Macintosh, to create HTML, Unix plaintext, and DOS plaintext
versions of the FAQ from the same source file.
