I've often found that email is too easy to ignore. I've had great success
with calling people on the phone. Start at the main Ohio State
switchboard and work your way down. Their is some human being responsible
for that computer system. You need to identify them and get a phone number.
This may require some long distance
phone calls and some calls to directory assistance but from your tone I
gather that this is important enough for you to justify that.

Be sure to keep a record of who you speak to and what they commit to. If
this still fails get an attorney and send them a cease and desist order
to their business address (i.e. the president's office or their
corporation counsel, not the computer center). If necessary they will
likely find the appropriate person and get your files removed (and
possibly the whole archive eliminated which, at this point, would
probably be a good thing.) A lawsuit would almost certainly not be
necessary.
