I can sympathise completely. I am debating giving up on the FAQ I maintain
mostly because I am very tired of people ignoring it and asking the questions
contained within - and often these are experienced users with no excuse,
complaining about it being too large or being crossposted because their news
software is broken & generally just being jerks about the FAQ in general.

About the only thing keeping me going currently is inertia.
