How about putting a notice such as

Information contained in this FAQ is potentially dangerous if it is
obselete. If it is later than <postingDate + timeToBecomeObselete>,
please obtain the newest version from <URL> to assure that you get the
latest facts.

This FAQ is not intended as substitute for the advice of a medical
professional.

near the top?
