Should the 64K limit be a concern anymore?

The reason I ask is because I am nearly done some major updates to one of
my FAQs (rec.music.chrisitan Radio FAQ), a three parter and two of the
tentitive parts are over 64K (one 90K and the other 80K). These 2 parts
are split on a geographical basis that is quite simple (east or west of
the Mississippi). While it is possible to find another way of splitting
it up, this one has a simple logic to it (does call sign begin with a K or
a W?)

I'm sure there are still news servers out there with the 64K limit but
would their numbers be suffuciently small that it's not a big problem.
