If I want to find an answer to a particular answer, I want it NOW.
If the FAQ is in the newsgroup, I can access it within seconds, but
if I have to load the FAQ over the WWW, it may take half an hour
(depending on how busy our lines are today and where the FAQ
originates).
WWW archives of FAQs (which could be a solution)
are not always fast enough and often don't have up-to-date FAQs.
