Any scheme for dealing with FAQs which cannot easily be updated is going
to be doomed anyways. I don't just mean that handles changing FAQs, but
the launcher itself. Otherwise, everytime a reorganization is needed,
etc. it is painful. So first work out a way so that one can start out in
HTML 2 and (transparently?) be able to replace the launcher - perhaps
via a cgi-bin which reads data from a set of common archives - dynamically
and all of a sudden one can move along to HTML 3, 4, etc.
