Could you give me an example FAQ where one of the archives (Utrecht,
Oxford, Smart Pages, Ohio State) really trashes the FAQ? If there
are examples of this happening then I agree that we should have a
way for maintainers to not have that archive listed in the launcher.

I believe there were recent plaints from at least two maintainers
about SmartPages dispensing very old versions of their FAQs.

The other scenario I expect will happen sometimes is where the
master FAQ document is in HTML somewhere, and an archive persists
in putting up a reconstituted derivative of the plain text
extract circulated via News.
