Well, FAQ-URL sounds like somebody puking. :)
I don't think we need the URL-part of the keywords. You will see that
it is an URL when you see them, and you will know that it has to be
an URL when you read the guidelines.

FAQ-Location is OK, I think.

Related-Links: ?

> Maintainer-URL (or suggestions welcome)

Just Maintaner or Maintainer-Link for consistency maybe?
