Url: http://some.site/some/file.html Author's home page
etc
Henk, to maximize the chance of upward-compatible insertion of
this additional markup into a standard system, would you consider
that the second case should be expressed as
Url: http://some.site/some/file.html "Author's home page"
To make it clear that the anchor text is one item as far as the
header is concerned?
