I agree. An earlier message (which I've already deleted) suggested that
profit might go to other Internet-relevant organizations, such as the EFF,
CSPR or others. However, not all of us may agree whether the goals of
such groups (which are, at their heart, political) are those we want to
further, or agree on priority.

I think that any profits from this FAQ compilation would be best used for
a non-controversial and FAQ-related organization. A fund for
rtfm.mit.edu has been suggested, and I think that that meets the bill,
although there may be others.

One thing is sure: we should agree on this BEFORE the project gets off
the ground, so that no squabbles remain to disrupt the project after it's
in flight.
