How about modifying this to:
You may NOT delete anything from the FAQ. You may only ADD to the FAQ
and then, only HTML formatting.

Oh heavens NO! You mean there are costs associated with
starting a business? If he's so worried about overseas mail,
he should do the following. Address and package ALL the US
CD's complete with domestic US postage. Put them all in a
big box and send them here for, say $35, or whatever it would
cost to send 200 CD's overseas in a single package.

Have a contact here who simply opens the box and dumps
the contents in a mailbox. Cheap and easy to do.
