There's one in the "Introduction to the *.answers newsgroups" document
(rtfm.mit.edu:/pub/usenet/news.answers/news-answers/introduction).

If there are any mirror sites anyone know about which should be included
(i.e., whose maintainers are willing to have their sites publicized),
