I've found three:

[Not the top level page on each site, but the page with the index or list of
FAQs by newsgroup. Grepped from my bookmark file.]

Does anyone know where one can find list of all (or most) sites that archive
FAQs, in any form? (We're gonna need it for the book anyway...)
