You haven't done anything wrong yourself to cause this to happen.
Some sites which are getting news feeds are running broken software
--- BBS's such as Fidonet nodes seem to be particular prone to this
problem --- that regurgitate postings back to Usenet as postings.
This is not a problem specific to the *.answers newsgroups. About the
best that you can do is to complain loudly to the postmaster or other
administrators at the site with the broken software. You might also
complain to the immediate feeds of the site, which appears to be
wizard.pn.com and the UUCP site ci-pionere.

You might also be able to justifiably cancel the message, based on the
argument that the broken software in effect forged a message as
appearing to be from you. However, I do not intend to either advocate
or discourage you from doing so by mentioning this.
